I have been a Human Resource Manager for over 20 years in metal manufacturing and distribution and I loved it! I have a Masters degree in Business Administration and I am a certified PHR professional as well as SHRM-CP certified in my field.
In early 2021, I was diagnosed with a life threatening illness that required many surgeries. As a result my husband and I were faced with the question of how we were going to handle our careers with my new lifestyle. The answer came to us and after several months of negotiations, we were able to acquire CEN Fabrications, Inc. in October 2022. Since then we have dove into our new business and have been enjoying the freedoms and less stress that we were both under with our previous positions.
We live and now work in the Covington area and are excited to be able to participate more in our home town.
