As the owner of a residential property management company, my role goes far beyond day-to-day management. I act as a steward of my clients’ assets - ensuring their properties are well-maintained, residents are well-served, risks are minimized, and the investment performs as it should over the long term.

For many owners, a rental home is one of their largest financial assets. That’s why I approach property management with the mindset of an advisor and protector of that investment, not just an operator handling tasks.

Prior to entering this industry, I spent 25 years in leadership roles in software product management, where my focus was understanding customers, building reliable systems, and delivering consistent value. Today I apply those same disciplines of process, communication, and thoughtful problem solving to property management.
