New Programming Alert!! Introducing Talk of the Town, a new Newton Chamber of Commerce program designed to keep you informed and engaged with the latest news, developments, and initiatives impacting Newton County. Held four times a year, the program highlights the “talk of the town”— important topics, achievements, and trends that shape the community’s future and enhance the quality of life for residents and businesses alike.

The program covers a wide range of topics:

Community Updates: Key projects, events, and improvements, such as new infrastructure, business expansions, or local partnerships that foster community growth.
Business Spotlights: Highlights of local businesses, entrepreneurs, and workforce initiatives that contribute to a thriving local economy.
Education and Workforce Initiatives: Information on partnerships with educational institutions and programs aimed at developing a skilled workforce to support local industries.
Stakeholder and Government Relations: Insights from regional leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders on collaborative efforts that align with the Chamber’s mission.

Through Talk of the Town, the Chamber brings together stakeholders, residents, and businesses to share stories, insights, and progress on matters that reflect Newton County’s vibrant and growing community.
