Bookend Consulting was started in 2017 by Craig Elrod after becoming frustrated with attempts to find a company to help his insurance agency better understand and market to the Millennial Generation.  Craig was born and raised in McDonough, Georgia and graduated from Georgia Southern University before starting his insurance career in 2003.  The insurance agency started looking for ways to better understand the Millennial mindset in 2015 to help with selling to Millennials and also to attract younger employees to come work for the agency.  After several consulting companies didn’t pan out, or delivered standard data, the agency decided to dive into the subject matter head first and learn everything they could themselves.  After two years of self teaching and studying everything Millennials, the agency saw rapid production increase in sales and a new group of talented employees willing and wanting to work for the agency.  Several of the agency clients noticed this and asked for help, this became the start of Bookend Consulting.  The presentation that will be shown on 8/9 is a starting point for individuals and companies wanting to learn more about the powerful Millennial Generation.  It will provide a great base line to start with, and help better understand what makes Millennials tick and why we should pay attention to this massive generation.
