8th Community Health & Resource Fair

Description

Unidos Latino Association in partnership with  Rockdale Piedmont Hospital invite you to our annual Community Health and Resource Fair. This event aims to bring together a wide range of local resources and services to benefit the community we serve.
This event is Free to the public and providers and will feature a diverse range of activities, including but not limited to:
Information booths and workshops from various community partners
Labs (HAIC, Thyroid, PSA, lipids)
Free wellness screenings and Mammograms
Behavioral health support
Addiction awareness and prevention resources
Voter Education and Registration
Activities for children 
Giveaway and much more…

Unidos Latino Association strives to bring together community resources and those in need to foster healthy decisions and lifestyles, as well as, provide assistance to community members that may be underserved.
